How It Works for an Immigration Attorney
Authorized Attorney or Accredited Representative like you are the integral part of MIF platform. We thrive to do whatever possible to save your valuable time and making the process as professional as possible for you and your Clients. The process would be:

  1. Please select which forms you want your client to fill out by putting their first name, last name and email will send a customized link to them.
  2. Using this link, client register and they are simply going to fill their information in the webforms on MIF portal and our smart Robo engine using MIF Algorithms will fill out this information in your selected forms. 
  3. On the last page they can upload all their documents and once they click on Submit button you will receive an email notification to login back to this portal and download the filled forms in modifiable format with a summary document for your further use.
  4. Filling forms digitally from the information they provide is less error prone and we provide one-on-one US based support to each client helping them filling the forms.

Once you send the link, our support team will call them and walk them through the entire webform. So, you as attorney will simply select forms and send a link and receive the filled forms with a day or two turnaround time.
This entire process is very effective in terms of accuracy, security and you will look very professional. MyImmiForms goal is to fill as much as information possible based on your client’s input and provide you the forms in modifiable format for your further use. These forms should be reviewed and updated by an authorized Attorney or Accredited Representative before submitting to USCIS. MyImmiForms helps Client and Attorney or Accredited Representative to fill repetitive information which should/could not replace an Attorney or Accredited Representative.

How It Works for a Client who receives a customized link from their Attorney
Once you receive an email with a customized link from your Attorney, click on the link and register/login based on your Attorney’s choice. Once logged in, please fill out your information as accurately as possible so that the immigration forms could be filled properly because based on your input, your authorized Attorney or Accredited Representative will receive the filled forms. Once you complete the form and reach to the last step:

  1. Here MIF gives you an opportunity to download each forms for your review and add/delete/update information. Please don’t add your SSN. You could now upload the updated forms.
  2. You could attach all your documents requested from your Immigration Attorney. You could find checklist for some of the documents USCIS suggests but please follow the instructions from your authorized immigration Attorney or Accredited Representative
  3. Now, you need to click on the “Submit to Attorney” button on the bottom of the page. Your Attorney or Accredited Representative will only receive the filled modifiable forms once you click on the this button on your last page. Failing on the clicking on this button will not get your filled forms over to your Attorney.

Please request a separate link from your Attorney if you are planning to file for your family members. You need to create separate account for your spouse and for each of your child to fill the same set of forms for them as well.
These forms should be reviewed and updated by an authorized Attorney or Accredited Representative before submitting to USCIS. MyImmiForms only helps you to fill repetitive information which should/could not be replace an Attorney or Accredited Representative.

How It Works for a User who directly register without an Attorney
We thrive to do whatever possible to save your valuable time and making the process as easy as possible for you. Please find some important information to get you started:

  1. Select the immigration forms you would like to be filled while registering. Upon login, it is the time for you to fill information in the webforms on MIF portal and our smart Robo engine using MIF Algorithms will fill out this information in your selected forms. Once you are finished then click on the “Complete” button on the last Summary Page.
  2. After clicking on complete button, you could see and download your filled forms in modifiable version on the next page. You could go back and update your information and it will update these forms automatically. Since these forms are only 60-70% filled using MIF, you need to fill the rest of the information before sending it to your authorized Attorney or Accredited Representative
  3. MyImmiForms does not collect/save any sensitive information like SSN, Biometric info etc. You have to fill this information after you download the forms before sending to your authorized Attorney or Accredited Representative.

MyImmiForms goal is to fill as much as information possible based on your input and provide you the forms in modifiable format for your further use. These forms should be reviewed by an authorized Attorney or Accredited Representative before submitting to USCIS. We highly recommend you hire an authorized Attorney or Accredited Representative to review and file these forms. MyImmiForms only helps Client and Attorney or Accredited Representative to fill repetitive information which should/could not replace an Attorney or Accredited Representative.
